How Notes works
OurMind handles admin work, you focus on care.
Three simple steps. No commands, no wake words, no typing.
1. Pick your template
Choose from your library or one built by the community. Customise sections, add your own instructions and examples so OurMind writes the way you would.
2. Have the consult
Press record and forget about it. OurMind listens, drafts the note, splits multi-complaint visits, and suggests ICD-10, SNOMED, and DBC codes.
3. Review and send
At the end of the consultation, read, edit, sign. Copy to your EHR or, use the integrations to send it there directly to the patient record.
